Ingredients

2 c. of zucchini, grated
3/4 c. of chocolate chips
1/2 c. of walnuts
1 tsp. of vanilla
1/4 c. of cocoa
2 1/2 c. of flour
1 tsp. of baking soda
2 large eggs
1/2 c. of buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 c. of butter
1/2 c. of vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. of sugar
1 tsp. of salt

Method

1. First you need to take a large bowl and add butter. Cream this.
2. Then you can stir in the oil and sugar, stirring completely.
3. Then whip in the chips and nuts (use your hands)
4. Next pour this into buttered pan.
5. This will bake 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour.
6. Serve.
