Zucchini Chocolate Cake Recipe

4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
3 square chocolate (bakers)
2 cups sugar
3 zucchini finely grated
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Beat eggs well.
- Blend in the next four ingredients.
- Fold in the remaining ingredients.
- Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for about an hour.
