Triple Chocolate Bliss Cake Recipe

Cake:
1 choclate cake mix
1 c sour cream
1 small pakg instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c vegetable oil
Icing:
3 c. cool whip, thawed - reserve 2 T
1 pkg (8 squares) Baker’s semi-sweet baking chocolate
Method
Cake:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Beat all ingredients for cake
- Pour into lightly greased bundt pan
- Bake 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- Cool 10 minutes
- Remove from pan and cool completely
Icing:
- Microwave the large portion of cool whip and the chocolate 30 seconds at a time until chocoate is melted.
- Stir well
- Drizzle over cake
- Spread reserved topping around top of cake
- Create star desing by drawing a toothpick through the middle several times
