Chocolate Cake Recipes

Ingredients

Cake:
1 choclate cake mix
1 c sour cream
1 small pakg instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c vegetable oil

Icing:
3 c. cool whip, thawed - reserve 2 T
1 pkg (8 squares) Baker’s semi-sweet baking chocolate

Method

Cake:

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Beat all ingredients for cake
3. Pour into lightly greased bundt pan
4. Bake 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
5. Cool 10 minutes
6. Remove from pan and cool completely

Icing:

1. Microwave the large portion of cool whip and the chocolate 30 seconds at a time until chocoate is melted.
2. Stir well
3. Drizzle over cake
4. Spread reserved topping around top of cake
5. Create star desing by drawing a toothpick through the middle several times
