Toblerone Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

7oz (200g) milk chocolate Toblerone
2oz (50g) dark chocolate
7oz (200g) unsalted butter
5 eggs
2 tablespoons buckwheat flour

Method

  1. Butter and flour a round or heart-shaped cake pan.
  2. Pre-heat oven 375°F.
  3. Melt the 2 chocolates until a smooth consistency is reached.
  4. Combine the eggs, one by one, with the melted chocolates. Carefully mix after each egg.
  5. Add flour and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the batter in the cake pan, bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, un-mould and let cool on a rack.
