1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
Water, vegetable and eggs called for on cake mix box
4 ounce size milk chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 350. Make and cool cake as directed on box for rectangular pan. Poke cake with handle of wooden spoon in several places.
- In medium bowl beat pudding mix and milk with wire whisk for about 2 minutes. Pour pudding evenly over cake.
- Run knife around sides of pan to loosen cake.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Store loosely covered in refrigerator.
