Ingredients

(This is for an 8×8 pan – double ingredients for 9×13)
1 cup sugar
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
1 cup hot water or coffee
2 tsp. baking soda

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Cream sugar and mayo.
3. Add cocoa, flour, hot water/coffee and baking soda.
4. Bake in oven for approx. 25-30 minutes or until ready.
