Chocolate Kahlua Cake Recipe

Ingredient

1 box dark chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 box instant chocolate pudding
3 eggs
3/4 cup strong coffee
3/4 cup Kahlua or some other coffee liqueur

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan or two 9″ cake pans.
  3. In a large mixing bowl,sift together cake mix and pudding.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan(s).
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes for cake layers or 45 minutes for bundt cake.
  7. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out onto cooling rack. Cool completely.
  8. Use the frosting or glaze of your choice.

Note: Cake can also be made in a 9×13 pan.
