Chocolate Kahlua Cake Recipe

1 box dark chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 box instant chocolate pudding
3 eggs
3/4 cup strong coffee
3/4 cup Kahlua or some other coffee liqueur
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt pan or two 9″ cake pans.
- In a large mixing bowl,sift together cake mix and pudding.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes.
- Pour batter into prepared pan(s).
- Bake 30-35 minutes for cake layers or 45 minutes for bundt cake.
- Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes and then turn out onto cooling rack. Cool completely.
- Use the frosting or glaze of your choice.
Note: Cake can also be made in a 9×13 pan.
