Chocolate Eclair Cake Recipe

Ingredient
Cake:
1 box graham crackers
2 small boxes of vanilla instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
8 ounces cool whip
Frosting:
4 Tbs. cocoa
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbs. softened butter
2 Tbs karo syrup
1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
3 Tbs. milk
Method
- Butter a 13″ X 9″ dish.
- Line bottom with gaham crackers.
- Mix pudding with milk; add cool whip, mix and spread 1/2 over crackers, place anouther layer of crackers and spread remainder of pudding mixture over the crackers, place a third layer of crackers.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Frosting:
- Beat all of the ingredients for frosting until smooth.
- Frost and refrigerate for 24 hour.
- Cut and serve.
