Ingredients

One box delux chocolate pudding cake
One can cream of coconut
Cool whip
1 bag shredded coconut

Method

  1. Make cake per package directions
  2. Open can of cream of coconut stir very well because it is very thick
  3. When cake comes out of oven poke wholes with end of wooden spoon then pour cream of coconut over the cake and refrigerate for 1 hour at least. The longer the better.
  4. Top cake with cool whip and toasted coconut. Keep in fridge.
  5. Chocolate curls look really nice with the toasted coconut.
