Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18.25 ounce) box dark chocolate cake mix
1 (4 serving size) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
Sifted confectioners sugar, optional

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, water, sour cream, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour. Cool. Dust with confectioner’s sugar if desired.
