Ingredients

1 Chocolate Cake Mix
1 cup of water
1 cup of real mayonnaise (NOT Miracle Whip, or salad dressing!)
3 eggs

Method

1. Pre-heat oven and prepare pan(s) according to directions on cake mix package.
2. Combine all ingredients, and mix according to directions on box
3. Follow the directions on the box for cooking times.
4. Cake is done, when a toothpick or cake tester inserted in to the middle comes back clean.
5. Take cake out of oven, and place on rack to cool.
6. When the cake is completely cooled, ice cake in whatever way you choose.
7. Enjoy, This cake will stay moist for days
8. Variations – any flavour works. When the cake is done, you won’t taste the mayo
