Ingredients

1 cup oatmeal
1 1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt

Method

1. Mix together water and oatmeal. Cool.

2. Add oatmeal mixture with flour, soda, vanilla, cocoa, and salt.
3. Blend together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
